The tree in this painting stopped me in my tracks because of the luminous green leaves spiralling upwards reminding me of the golden ratio, and how it is embedded in the natural world. A few minutes later the cloud came over and the patterns faded away, but the memory of that beautiful moment remained embedded in my mind.
